At Kawaii Koffee, our products are made and fulfilled on demand to ensure you receive the freshest coffee and tea possible. Because each order is prepared specifically for you, processing and shipping times may vary.

On-Demand Fulfillment

All Kawaii Koffee products are roasted, packaged, and fulfilled on demand after an order is placed. We do not mass-produce or warehouse large quantities of inventory. This made-to-order process allows us to prioritize freshness and quality.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed within 3–5 business days after payment is received.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

  • Processing times may be extended during product launches, promotions, holidays, or periods of high order volume.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information, when available.

  • Delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

  • Kawaii Koffee is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, severe weather, customs processing, supply chain disruptions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Orders returned due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may be subject to additional shipping charges before reshipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate and resolve the issue whenever possible.
